Module 2-Objectives 

Small or medium size organization must have at least one good training profession with knowledge in instructional design.  Train one internally or blend-have with both an internal and an external consultant dedicated to your organization as needs arise or blend-have an internal and a external as the needs arises.  

Goal	To provide an understanding of instrucional technology models so that small and medium sized organizations can choose the most advantgeous for their organization.
Objectives	Upon completion of this module you will have an understanding of:
	What are the most popular instructional techology models The relationship of cost to instructional models Why rapid design prototypes are suited for small and medium-sized businesses
