There are several ways to include quizzes and test. Some can be done with simple scriopt, others can be part of a Learning Management System (LMS) that is scored and tracked as part of the module or you can provide a quick flash quiz to help learners recall important knowledge.
Following is an example of a recall knowledge quiz using Flash software.
Flash Quiz
Roll cursor over quiz.
You will see the message "Click control to activate".
Next: Click -Begin Quiz
Respond to question and click 'Submit'.
You will receive feedack-correct or incorrect.
Click on arrow for next question.
Last question: Click Finish and you are able to copy your test info to clipboard by opening a word document and selecting paste. Test info will be pasted in the word document. You may save if you desire.
